The beginning of the day as the light shows itself, vulnerable and hesitant.
Still innocent, soft and pliable, diffused because her intensity is yet to come.
Light that scatters itself, curiously exploring the day, playing and investigating the challenge to start something new.
Day after day.
With this words in mind, referring to the work New Light,
Marieke van Mieghem together with a multimedia artist, artist/designer and a designer/light artist show their own views on the theme of light during DDW 2019.
